Item details
Keep a useful record of each science investigation session without rebuilding your notes every time. Eight repeatable record sheets collect materials, procedure and observations, followed by a separate space for what happened and the next action.
What's inside: - 1 cover page - Session Preparation worksheet with three panels - Eight Session Record sheets, each with date and session fields and four writing panels - Session Register: 16 rows with Date, Trial, Observation, Conclusion - Between Sessions worksheet with preparation, questions and resources - 1 lined subject notes page
The preparation page starts with research question and prediction so the session has a defined purpose. Date each record and summarize it in the 16-row register under trial, observation, conclusion. Use Between Sessions to collect questions and resources that belong in the next visit.
One ZIP download (Science-Investigation-Session-Log.zip) holds 2 PDF files: Science-Investigation-Session-Log-US-Letter.pdf; Science-Investigation-Session-Log-A4.pdf. Print versions come in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (8.27 x 11.69 in), portrait orientation, 13 pages each.
A suggested starting routine: check the materials list, then plan a fair comparison. When reviewing this science investigation edition, ask "What does the evidence support?" followed by "What would improve the next trial?" Record the answer in the notes page if you need more space.
All pages are built from vector shapes and embedded fonts, so nothing looks blurry when printed. Print at 100% (actual size) on plain paper, cardstock, or double-sided for a binder. This is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
