Item details
Keep a useful record of each homeschool lesson session without rebuilding your notes every time. Eight repeatable record sheets collect hands-on work, independent reading and portfolio evidence, followed by a separate space for what happened and the next action.
What's inside: - 1 cover page - Session Preparation worksheet with three panels - Eight Session Record sheets, each with date and session fields and four writing panels - Session Register: 16 rows with Date, Activity, Duration, Observation - Between Sessions worksheet with preparation, questions and resources - 1 lined subject notes page
The preparation page starts with learning goals and resources so the session has a defined purpose. Date each record and summarize it in the 16-row register under activity, duration, observation. Use Between Sessions to collect questions and resources that belong in the next visit.
One ZIP download (Homeschool-Lesson-Session-Log.zip) holds 2 PDF files: Homeschool-Lesson-Session-Log-US-Letter.pdf; Homeschool-Lesson-Session-Log-A4.pdf. Print versions come in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (8.27 x 11.69 in), portrait orientation, 13 pages each.
A suggested starting routine: prepare the learning space, then choose one concrete learning goal. When reviewing this homeschool lesson edition, ask "What sparked curiosity?" followed by "What should we explore again?" Record the answer in the notes page if you need more space.
All pages are built from vector shapes and embedded fonts, so nothing looks blurry when printed. Print at 100% (actual size) on plain paper, cardstock, or double-sided for a binder. Digital files only. Print as many copies as you need.
