Item details
Invite families to a cozy evening of stories with a matching flyer, invitation and book swap ticket on a notebook-paper background. Soft blue rules and a red margin line frame the page, with friendly illustrations of a stack of books, a wise owl in glasses and a shiny red apple along the bottom and cheerful smiling autumn leaves in the corners.
Every line is realistic sample wording you can overwrite: Cedar Grove Elementary presents Family Fall Reading Night, Thursday, November 12, 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the school library, with a list of activities (read-aloud corners for every grade, a book swap, a bookmark craft table, hot cocoa and apple slices) and an RSVP line. The 5 x 7 invitation is ready to send home in folders, and the book swap ticket has write-in lines for the reader's name, grade, room and a one-line book review.
What's included: - Event flyer, US Letter 8.5 x 11 in (DOCX and PPTX) - Family invitation, 5 x 7 in (DOCX and PPTX) - Book swap ticket, 5 x 7 in (DOCX and PPTX) - Preview PDF of every page - Text-free background art as JPG (about 210 DPI) for Canva or other apps - Free OFL fonts used in the set (Fraunces, Nunito, Patrick Hand, Outfit) with license, plus a README with install, edit and print steps
Install the fonts, open the DOCX in Word or LibreOffice Writer or the PPTX in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides (upload), click any line and type. Each text block is its own box over a full-page picture. Print at actual size, copy for backpacks, or export a PDF for the school newsletter and class apps.
Good for literacy nights, library events, PTA family nights, reading month kickoffs and classroom book swaps. This is a digital download: nothing is shipped, and you receive one ZIP file.
Illustrated digitally with AI image tools, then cut out, upscaled and prepared for print. The backgrounds were composed for this set from those illustrations.
Works with Word, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, LibreOffice.
