Item details
Send home a fall classroom party invitation that looks like a page from a well-loved notebook. The paper is ruled and hole-punched at the edges, with a curious owl on a branch, a stack of books with a shiny red apple, a cup of sharpened pencils and bright autumn leaves tucked around the corners, leaving a warm parchment panel in the middle for your words.
The set covers the three notes a teacher or room parent writes every fall. The 5 x 7 inch invitation announces a Fall Harvest Class Party for Mr. Chen's third grade (Friday, October 30, 1:30 to 2:45 PM, Room 8, Cedar Grove Elementary) with an allergy reminder and an RSVP email. The US Letter parent letter explains the date, what to wear, what the class will do and how to help. The 4 x 6 inch teacher thank-you note is written from a family, with a greeting and sign-off ready to personalize.
What's included: - Class party invitation, 5 x 7 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Parent information letter, US Letter 8.5 x 11 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Teacher thank-you note, 4 x 6 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Preview PDF of every page - Text-free background art as JPG (about 210 DPI) for Canva or other apps - 4 free OFL fonts (Fraunces, Patrick Hand, Nunito, Outfit) with license, plus a README with install, edit and print steps
Install the fonts, open the DOCX in Word or LibreOffice Writer, the PPTX in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides (upload), or the ODT and ODP in LibreOffice, and click any line to rewrite it. Names, dates and rooms are all sample text. The notebook art is a full-page picture behind the text, so you can edit freely. Print at actual size on white paper or cardstock, or export a PDF to email families. The art reaches the edge, so use full-bleed printing or trim the margin of a home print.
Great for teachers, room parents, homeschool co-ops and after-school programs. This is a digital download: nothing is shipped, and you get one ZIP file.
Illustrated digitally with AI image tools, then cut out, upscaled and prepared for print.
Works with Word, PowerPoint, LibreOffice, Google Slides, Keynote.
