Item details
Keep families in the loop with a fall newsletter that looks like your classroom. A deep green chalkboard fills the center of the page, framed by autumn leaves hanging from a rope at the top and stacks of orange and cream pumpkins in the lower corners. Cream, yellow, mint and coral chalk-style lettering stays easy to read on the dark board.
Two layouts are ready to edit. The newsletter page has a headline (Fall Class Newsletter, Room 12 News), a Dates to Remember list, a What We Are Learning list and Friendly Reminders, all filled with realistic sample wording from a second-grade class. The Fall Party Helpers Needed letter explains the party time, lists five items families can sign up for with check boxes and name lines, and closes with a thank-you.
What's included: - Class newsletter, US Letter 8.5 x 11 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Class newsletter, A4 8.27 x 11.69 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Party volunteer letter, US Letter 8.5 x 11 in (DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP) - Preview PDF of every page - Text-free chalkboard background art as JPG files (about 210 DPI) for Canva or other apps - 3 free OFL fonts (Amatic SC, Patrick Hand, Outfit) with license, plus a README with install, editing and printing steps
Install the fonts, open the DOCX in Word or LibreOffice Writer, the PPTX in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides (upload), or the ODT and ODP in LibreOffice, then click any line and type. Swap the room number, teacher name, dates and subjects, and delete or add lines inside the board. The artwork is one full-page picture behind the text. The dark board uses a lot of ink, so print one copy and photocopy, send the PDF by email, or post it to your class website instead.
Made for elementary and homeschool teachers, PTA volunteers and preschool directors who send monthly updates. This is a digital download: nothing is shipped, and you receive one ZIP file.
Illustrated digitally with AI image tools, then cut out, upscaled and prepared for print.
Works with Word, PowerPoint, LibreOffice, Google Slides, Keynote.
