Item details
Make the fall newsletter a pleasure to write. This two-page set pairs a buffalo-plaid autumn border, maple leaves and pumpkins with clean text areas that are already organized the way families like to read a classroom update. Teachers can send home the newsletter, and parents or students can use the matching thank-you page for a heartfelt note.
Page 1 is a class newsletter titled The Maple Room Gazette. It has a nameplate with the teacher and grade, a leaf divider, a three-row "This week we are learning" list (reading, math, science), three short reminders, a three-row "Dates to remember" calendar and a handwritten note from the teacher at the bottom. Page 2 is a teacher thank-you note on the same plaid background, with a large headline, a ready-to-edit paragraph and a place for the family signature.
What's included: - 2 pages for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) as DOCX (Word) and PPTX (PowerPoint) - The same 2 pages for A4 (210 x 297 mm) as DOCX and PPTX - PDF previews of both sizes, rendered from the same layout - 5 free OFL fonts (Playfair Display, Fraunces, Nunito, Outfit, Caveat) with license text, and a README with install, edit and print steps
All sample text is live and editable (names, dates, subjects, reminders and the email address are made up), so re-use the same template every week or month: change the date, retype the lists and print. The art is a single full-page picture behind the text, flattened to 1700 x 2200 px for US Letter and 1654 x 2339 px for A4 at 200 DPI. Works in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs or Slides (upload). Install the included fonts first so the layout matches the preview.
Print on plain paper for backpacks, share a PDF through a class app, or print the thank-you page on cardstock for a teacher gift.
Digital download only; nothing is shipped. Illustrated digitally with AI image tools, then cut out, upscaled and prepared for print.
Works with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides.
