Item details
Cute, not creepy: this costume contest flyer is framed by smiling ghosts, tiny bats, cupcakes and pumpkins in soft lilac and peach. It is made for school fairs, library story hours, neighborhood parades and kid-friendly Halloween parties where you want families to say "aww" before they read the details.
The flyer already has a real layout. A big rounded headline, one friendly ghost, the date and parade time, four prize categories with age groups in a neat two-column list, a handwritten line about ribbons and treats, and the place and contact information at the bottom. Replace the sample wording (Friday, October 30, Maple Grove Community Hall, Priya at (555) 013-4410) with your own and you are ready to print.
What's included: - Flyer for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) as an editable Word file (DOCX) and an editable PowerPoint file (PPTX) - The same flyer sized for A4 (210 x 297 mm) as DOCX and PPTX - PDF previews of both sizes, rendered from the same layout - 5 free OFL fonts (Sniglet, Outfit, Nunito, Fraunces, Caveat) with license text, and a README with install, edit and print steps
The background art is placed full-page behind the text and flattened to 1700 x 2200 px for US Letter and 1654 x 2339 px for A4 (200 DPI), so files open quickly. All text is live and clickable; change the headline, add or delete a prize line, or swap the date. Works in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides (upload) and LibreOffice. Install the included fonts first so the layout matches the preview.
Print on regular paper for school hallways or on cardstock for a polished handout; export a PDF or PNG to share in a class chat or on social media.
Digital download only; nothing is shipped. Illustrated digitally with AI image tools, then cut out, upscaled and prepared for print. Names, addresses and phone numbers are made up.
Works with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides, LibreOffice.
