Run a fair, organized costume contest at a classroom parade, school carnival, library event or neighborhood party. This set gives judges scorecards, gives the organizer a roster and parade lineup, and gives winners cheerful certificates with a typeable name field.
The judge scorecards use five simple categories (Creativity, Craftsmanship, Originality, Fun and spirit, Overall wow) scored with circled numbers from 1 to 5, a total box and a judge line. There are two sheets of four cards, so you get eight scorecards per print. A 20-row contestant roster and tally sheet collects each judge's total, and a parade lineup page lists the walking order, music cues and a short list of friendly contest rules to announce.
Eight different award certificates celebrate Best Costume Overall, Funniest Costume, Most Creative Costume, Cutest Costume, Best Group Costume, Best Homemade Costume, Class Spirit Award and Good Sport Award, with a final page of two Costume Parade Star participation certificates so nobody leaves empty-handed. Two certificates fit on each page.
The fillable PDFs have plain form fields (no scripts) for the winner's name and date on every certificate and for the participation certificates, so you can type before printing. They work in Adobe Acrobat Reader, macOS Preview, Chrome, Edge and most phone PDF apps.
