Item details
Pixelwick is an original retro pixel display font from Educo, delivered as OTF, TTF and WOFF2 for desktop, print and web use. Pixelwick is drawn on a strict 5 x 7 pixel grid with square 100-unit pixels, so every letter looks like it came from an old handheld screen. Regular keeps single-pixel strokes; Bold swells each pixel outward for heavier headlines without breaking the grid. Every glyph sits on the same 600-unit advance, which makes columns of text line up like a terminal.
Each font file holds 95 characters: A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9, punctuation, symbols and the space. This is a pure basic Latin pixel set, so there are no accented letters. The family comes in 2 weights (Regular and Bold); each is supplied as OTF, TTF and WOFF2, which makes 6 font files in one ZIP, together with a PDF specimen, a read-me and the license.
Try it on computer lab labels, game-night flyers or coding club posters. Install steps are in the README: unzip, open the font file and choose Install. Load the WOFF2 files with @font-face if you build a website. Works with desktop applications that accept OTF or TTF files; WOFF2 files are supplied for web embedding.
The included license allows personal and commercial use in print, products, logos, web and apps, with embedding permitted; the font files themselves may not be resold or shared.
