Flowering Vine Border machine embroidery design, an original border design digitized for home embroidery machines.
It is built from a wavy bean-stitch vine, 14 satin leaves and four filled five-petal blossoms with dot centres.
Sizes: 91 × 17 mm (3.57 × 0.68 in, 1,559 stitches) fitting a 4x4 hoop, plus 170 × 32 mm (6.68 × 1.26 in, 2,934 stitches) for a 5x7 hoop. Note that the 5x7 file runs horizontally across the long side of the hoop; rotate it on screen if your machine expects portrait.
Suggested threads, in the order the machine stops for them: Sage Green (#8FA382), Blush Pink (#EBB4B4), Mustard Yellow (#D4A22A).
You receive a single ZIP containing 9 files. Inside: 4x4/ and 5x7/ folders with DST, PES and JEF versions, a stitch preview PNG, a printable colour chart PDF listing every thread stop with hex values and stitch counts, and README.txt. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Fill areas use staggered tatami (0.42 mm rows) with underlay to keep fabric flat, satin edges are spaced at 0.4 mm, and travel runs hide along edges where possible; trims and tie stitches are included. Perfect for hems, cuffs and edges: towels, napkins, curtains, bags and bed linen. Suggested setup: 40 wt polyester or rayon thread, a 75/11 embroidery needle, cut-away stabilizer on knits and sweatshirts, tear-away on stable cotton and canvas, and a water-soluble topper on towels.
The files were generated in software and checked by reading every DST, PES and JEF file back to confirm stitch count, size and colour stops; please do a test stitch-out on scrap fabric first. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
