Paw Print Heart: an embroidery motif built from simple, bold shapes that stitch out crisply.
Stitch elements: a paw print with a heart-shaped pad and four oval toe beans in tatami fill and a bean-stitch echo outline around the pad.
Stitch count is 4,917 for the 4x4 version (88.4 × 92.2 mm) and 8,110 for the 5x7 version (119.0 × 124.2 mm, about 4.69 × 4.89 in).
Colour sequence: Chocolate Brown (#5A3A26), Coral (#E8705F). Swap in any shades you like; the chart lists stitches per colour.
The download is one ZIP of 9 files: three machine formats (DST, PES, JEF) at two hoop sizes, a stitch-rendered PNG, a colour chart PDF and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Suited to home decor and apparel alike: cushions, wall hoops, jackets and tote bags. Built with underlay first, then tatami fill at 0.42 mm row spacing and satin at 0.4 mm spacing; no stitch is longer than about 7 mm and starts and stops are locked with short tie stitches. For best results use 40 wt embroidery thread, a 75/11 needle and a stabilizer matched to the fabric (cut-away for stretchy fabrics, tear-away for woven cotton, linen and canvas).
We re-opened each exported file to check the stitch count, the measured size and the number of colour stops. Please test-stitch before using on a final item. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
