Add a ocean Waves Circle to your sewing projects with this ready-to-stitch motif.
Inside the file you will find 6 wavy horizontal bands in fill stitch inside a circle and a satin ring border.
The palette is Navy Blue (#1F2A4D), Aqua (#4FB8B0), Sand (#D9C3A0), Navy Blue (#1F2A4D); each colour is sewn once in that order.
Finished sizes measured from the files: 92.2 × 92.2 mm for the 4x4 hoop (9,560 stitches) and 124.2 × 124.2 mm for the 5x7 hoop (16,813 stitches).
The download is one ZIP of 9 files: three machine formats (DST, PES, JEF) at two hoop sizes, a stitch-rendered PNG, a colour chart PDF and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Works well on pillowcases, totes, baby bodysuits, caps and patches. Pair it with 40 weight embroidery thread, a fresh 75/11 needle and cut-away (knits) or tear-away (wovens) stabilizer; add a soluble topper on towels or fleece. Built with underlay first, then tatami fill at 0.42 mm row spacing and satin at 0.4 mm spacing; no stitch is longer than about 7 mm and starts and stops are locked with short tie stitches.
We re-opened each exported file to check the stitch count, the measured size and the number of colour stops. Please test-stitch before using on a final item. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
