Add a pastel Boho Rainbow to your sewing projects with this ready-to-stitch motif.
The design is made up of a rainbow of 4 satin arcs and two puffy filled clouds.
Two sizes are included. The small file measures 92.2 × 56.8 mm (3.63 × 2.24 in) with 4,198 stitches; the large file measures 171.2 × 104.4 mm (6.74 × 4.11 in) with 8,976 stitches. Note that the 5x7 file runs horizontally across the long side of the hoop; rotate it on screen if your machine expects portrait.
It uses 5 thread colours: Terracotta (#C0603F), Peach (#F2B48F), Butter Cream (#F2E2A6), Sage Green (#8FA382), Ivory (#F4EEDC), sewn in that order.
Delivered as one ZIP with 9 files: embroidery files in DST, PES and JEF for a 4x4 hoop and a 5x7 hoop, a PNG of the stitched design, a colour change chart (PDF) and README.txt. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Digitizing details: tatami fills (0.42 mm rows, offset 3.2 mm stitches) sit on an edge-walk plus cross-hatch underlay, satin columns are sewn at 0.4 mm density with underlay, and every colour section has tie-in and tie-off stitches with trims between separated pieces. Hoop the fabric with a suitable stabilizer (cut-away on knits, tear-away on wovens), use 40 wt polyester or rayon thread and a sharp 75/11 embroidery needle. Use it on kitchen towels, napkins, aprons, hoodies or quilt blocks.
We re-opened each exported file to check the stitch count, the measured size and the number of colour stops. Please test-stitch before using on a final item. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
