Original six Point Star Badge embroidery file, made for home and small commercial embroidery machines.
What is stitched: a large 6-point star in tatami fill, a satin circle ring and 6 tiny filled accent stars.
Finished sizes measured from the files: 92.2 × 92.2 mm for the 4x4 hoop (4,467 stitches) and 124.2 × 124.2 mm for the 5x7 hoop (7,325 stitches).
Thread colours in sewing order (3 colour stops): Slate Grey (#6B7280), Mustard Yellow (#D4A22A), Powder Blue (#B5CDE3).
Everything arrives in one ZIP (9 files): DST, PES and JEF files in a 4x4 folder and a 5x7 folder, a PNG stitch preview, a colour-change chart PDF (thread order, colour names with hex values, stitch counts per colour, sizes in mm and inches) and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Built with underlay first, then tatami fill at 0.42 mm row spacing and satin at 0.4 mm spacing; no stitch is longer than about 7 mm and starts and stops are locked with short tie stitches. Works well on pillowcases, totes, baby bodysuits, caps and patches. Stitch on cotton, linen, canvas, denim, fleece or knit with the right backing: cut-away for anything stretchy, tear-away for firm wovens, plus topping on high-pile fabrics.
The files were generated in software and checked by reading every DST, PES and JEF file back to confirm stitch count, size and colour stops; please do a test stitch-out on scrap fabric first. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
