Original star Badge Circle embroidery file, made for home and small commercial embroidery machines.
It is built from a large 5-point star in tatami fill, a satin circle ring and 5 tiny filled accent stars.
4x4 hoop version: 92.2 × 92.2 mm (3.63 × 3.63 in), 4,098 stitches. 5x7 hoop version: 124.2 × 124.2 mm (4.89 × 4.89 in), 6,672 stitches.
Suggested threads, in the order the machine stops for them: Royal Blue (#2A4FA8), Cherry Red (#C8202F), Sunflower Yellow (#F2C230).
All files come together in one ZIP (9 items): DST, PES and JEF files sorted into 4x4 and 5x7 folders, plus a PNG preview, a PDF thread chart with sizes and per-colour stitch counts, and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Fills are tatami stitch at 0.42 mm row spacing with staggered 3.2 mm stitches over edge-walk and lattice underlay; satin columns are 0.4 mm apart with centre-run or edge-walk underlay. Each section begins and ends with tie stitches, and separate parts are joined by trims. Ideal for linens, pouches, bags, shirts and handmade gifts. Stitch on cotton, linen, canvas, denim, fleece or knit with the right backing: cut-away for anything stretchy, tear-away for firm wovens, plus topping on high-pile fabrics.
Quality check: all three formats were re-read after saving to confirm matching stitch counts and hoop-safe sizes. Sew a test piece before stitching on a finished garment. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
