Add a ten Petal Boho Mandala to your sewing projects with this ready-to-stitch motif.
Inside the file you will find 10 filled inner petals around a filled centre, 10 outer petals in tapered satin, a ring of 20 filled dots and a wavy satin outer ring.
Sewing order and colours: Terracotta (#C0603F), Olive Green (#6B7339), Mustard Yellow (#D4A22A) (3 stops in total).
Finished sizes measured from the files: 92.2 × 92.2 mm for the 4x4 hoop (5,726 stitches) and 124.2 × 124.2 mm for the 5x7 hoop (8,680 stitches).
Delivered as one ZIP with 9 files: embroidery files in DST, PES and JEF for a 4x4 hoop and a 5x7 hoop, a PNG of the stitched design, a colour change chart (PDF) and README.txt. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
For best results use 40 wt embroidery thread, a 75/11 needle and a stabilizer matched to the fabric (cut-away for stretchy fabrics, tear-away for woven cotton, linen and canvas). Suited to home decor and apparel alike: cushions, wall hoops, jackets and tote bags. Stitch settings: 0.42 mm tatami row spacing, 3.2 mm fill stitch length with a staggered pattern, 0.4 mm satin spacing, underlay under all fills and wider satins, lock stitches at starts and ends, and trim commands between objects.
The files were generated in software and checked by reading every DST, PES and JEF file back to confirm stitch count, size and colour stops; please do a test stitch-out on scrap fabric first. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
