Original eight Petal Mandala embroidery file, made for home and small commercial embroidery machines.
It is built from 8 filled inner petals around a filled centre, 8 outer petals in tatami fill, a ring of 16 filled dots and a wavy satin outer ring.
Sizes: 92 × 92 mm (3.63 × 3.63 in, 6,438 stitches) fitting a 4x4 hoop, plus 124 × 124 mm (4.89 × 4.89 in, 10,162 stitches) for a 5x7 hoop.
The palette is Navy Blue (#1F2A4D), Sage Green (#8FA382), Coral (#E8705F); each colour is sewn once in that order.
Everything arrives in one ZIP (9 files): DST, PES and JEF files in a 4x4 folder and a 5x7 folder, a PNG stitch preview, a colour-change chart PDF (thread order, colour names with hex values, stitch counts per colour, sizes in mm and inches) and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Stitch on cotton, linen, canvas, denim, fleece or knit with the right backing: cut-away for anything stretchy, tear-away for firm wovens, plus topping on high-pile fabrics. Suited to home decor and apparel alike: cushions, wall hoops, jackets and tote bags. Digitizing details: tatami fills (0.42 mm rows, offset 3.2 mm stitches) sit on an edge-walk plus cross-hatch underlay, satin columns are sewn at 0.4 mm density with underlay, and every colour section has tie-in and tie-off stitches with trims between separated pieces.
Files were validated by loading them back and comparing stitch totals and extents across formats; a quick test on scrap fabric is still the best way to dial in tension. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
