Personalize with the initial L: this machine embroidery monogram pairs a soft rounded bubble sans letter with a outlined frame.
Elements in the design: the letter L in tatami fill with a run-stitch edge and a bean-stitch halo outline 2 mm outside the letter.
The palette is Teal (#1F7A7A), Mint Green (#A6D8BF); each colour is sewn once in that order.
Two sizes are included. The small file measures 67.4 × 92.0 mm (2.65 × 3.62 in) with 3,782 stitches; the large file measures 124.0 × 169.0 mm (4.88 × 6.65 in) with 10,497 stitches.
The download is one ZIP of 9 files: three machine formats (DST, PES, JEF) at two hoop sizes, a stitch-rendered PNG, a colour chart PDF and a README. Works with any embroidery machine or software that opens DST, PES or JEF files.
Technically: edge-walk and lattice underlay beneath tatami fills (0.42 mm rows), satin columns at 0.4 mm spacing, locked starts and ends, trims between disconnected parts, and maximum stitch length kept near 7 mm. For best results use 40 wt embroidery thread, a 75/11 needle and a stabilizer matched to the fabric (cut-away for stretchy fabrics, tear-away for woven cotton, linen and canvas). Use it on kitchen towels, napkins, aprons, hoodies or quilt blocks.
We re-opened each exported file to check the stitch count, the measured size and the number of colour stops. Please test-stitch before using on a final item. Original design; personal use, or small-batch commercial use with the commercial licence.
