Each week starts with a clean word-list page (12 words, with a tip box and the pattern letters highlighted) and continues for 4 pages in total. You will find find-and-circle the pattern, rainbow writing, write-it-three-times pages, word searches, sentence writing, missing-letter tiles, word scrambles, ABC order, trace-and-write lines, look-cover-write-check charts and a printable spelling test page, rotated from week to week. From the lists: er, ir, and ur (Week 3) includes bird, girl, nurse, and curl; ear and eer as in hear (Week 5) includes fear, steer, hear, and clear; ou and ow as in cloud and cow (Week 6) includes house, brown, crowd, and down.
