Blends & Digraphs Spelling Pack breaks a big phonics topic into 9 small weekly lists. In 39 printable pages you get 108 words and the practice to learn them (Grades 1-3). The weekly focus moves through sh digraph, ch digraph, th digraph, wh and ph digraphs and l-blends, plus 4 more.
Each week is 4 pages long. Page one lists 12 words, highlights the pattern in color, and explains how to remember them. Activities used across the pack: trace-and-write lines, word scrambles, missing-letter tiles, look-cover-write-check charts, sentence writing, rainbow writing, word searches, write-it-three-times pages, find-and-circle the pattern and ABC order. They rotate week to week to keep practice fresh. Word examples: sh digraph (Week 1) includes rush, shop, wish, and fish; ending blends (Week 8) includes tent, camp, pond, and sand; three-letter blends (Week 9) includes screen, splash, strap, and string.
Answer keys are included for ABC-order lists, unscrambled words, missing letters, circled patterns, word search solution grids and every test word in read-aloud order; open-ended pages such as sentence writing are meant for a parent or teacher to read. The pack also has a progress tracker at the front, a 20-word cumulative review test, and a Spelling Star certificate at the end.
