Kids hard mode: 24 tough word searches covering science (Grades 4-8). Grids grow up to 19 × 19, and words hide backwards, upside down and on diagonals.

You get 15 to 21 words in every puzzle on 15 × 15 up to 19 × 19 grids, and words are hidden in all eight directions - forwards, backwards, up, down and on every diagonal. The word list sits under the grid with a tick box beside every word, and there is a name and date line at the top of each page. You receive 25 pages in total, which is 24 puzzles plus an introduction page with instructions and a progress checklist.
Solutions come in their own file, 6 pages long, with coloured highlights marking where each word hides (up to four puzzles per key page). One ZIP file holds four PDFs - puzzles and answer key, each in US Letter and A4 - so you can print whichever size fits your paper.
Handy for warm-up at the start of a lesson, a tutoring session break or a literacy center rotation. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or classroom.
