Grid sizes ramp up from 18 × 18 to 21 × 21 as you work through the pack, with 20 to 27 words per puzzle; every puzzle uses the full set of eight directions including reversed words. The word list sits under the grid with a tick box beside every word, and there is a name and date line at the top of each page. Page 1 explains how to play and lists all 14 puzzles with check circles; pages 2 to 15 each hold a single puzzle.
