This early-reader pack offers 20 easy, large print word search puzzles (four seasons). Grids are small, the letters are big, and every word is short enough for beginning readers.
Expect 8 × 8 up to 10 × 10 grids with big, clear letters and 5 to 9 words per puzzle; every word is hidden across or down - no diagonals and nothing backwards. The word list sits under the grid with a tick box beside every word, and there is a name and date line at the top of each page. The PDF has 21 pages: a contents and how-to-play page with a puzzle checklist, then 20 puzzles with one on each page.
Across the pack there are 145 hidden words. Themes include Spring Awakening, Summer Fun, Autumn Harvest and Snowy Winter; sample words are Flurry, Muddy, Bicycle, Frost, Autumn, Nest.
Solutions come in their own file, 5 pages long, with coloured highlights marking where each word hides (up to four puzzles per key page). You download a single ZIP containing the puzzles and the answer key as PDF files, in both US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4.
