16 printable mazes whose outer wall forms a picture: fish, sailboat. Grid sizes run 20x28 up to 30x42 cells.
Expect routes of roughly 59 cells, from a short 29 up to 99. A checker confirmed for every page that all cells connect and that only one route joins the entrance to the exit. The generator uses the growing-tree and Kruskal's algorithm style, which produces a balanced mix of long corridors and short branches. A heavier outline wall makes each shape recognisable at a glance.
Line weights were chosen to print crisply on any home inkjet or laser printer, in colour or black and white. There are no distracting backgrounds, which saves ink and keeps the focus on the maze.
Solutions are in a separate PDF of 8 answer-key pages: 2 mazes per page with the route highlighted.
Teachers can print a page as a warm-up or a sub-plan filler. Good for early-finisher bins, quiet-time folders, car rides and rainy days.
Everything arrives as one ZIP containing US Letter and A4 PDFs of the 16 pages plus matching answer-key PDFs.
