Start word search fun early. These 15 large print puzzles (colors, shapes and school things) use simple right-and-down words, chunky letters and a clear word list for K-2 learners.
Puzzle size grows from 8 × 8 to 10 × 10. Each puzzle hides 6 to 9 words, and the hidden words go in just two directions, right and down, so newer readers can scan with confidence. The word list sits under the grid with a tick box beside every word, and there is a name and date line at the top of each page. You receive 16 pages in total, which is 15 puzzles plus an introduction page with instructions and a progress checklist.
The puzzles move through these themes: Art and Colors, Geometry Shapes and School Supplies and Classroom. Examples of hidden words: Corner, Round, Ruler, Brush, Shape, Easel, Kite, Yellow, Flat.
Answer key: a separate PDF with 4 pages, showing four solved grids per page with every found word highlighted in color. Everything arrives in one ZIP: US Letter and A4 folders, each holding the puzzles PDF and the answer key PDF.
