Difficulty climbs gently from 15 × 15 grids to 18 × 18 grids, hiding 14 to 22 words each; every puzzle uses the full set of eight directions including reversed words. Every page carries a puzzle number, the theme name, a name and date line, and a tidy word list you can tick off. You receive 13 pages in total, which is 12 puzzles plus an introduction page with instructions and a progress checklist.
Each page has its own theme (Age of Exploration and Voyages, Countries of Europe, Countries of Asia, US States of the Midwest and South, US States of the West, Countries of South America, Countries of Africa and Ancient China, plus 3 more), so you will find words such as Washington, Switzerland, Montpelier, Nevada, Abacus, Pottery, Cartographer, Discus, Ethiopia. The longest hidden word is Indianapolis (12 letters).
