A printable maze book for kids ages 8-11: 20 different mazes where every start has a boat and every finish has a island, so even pre-readers know the goal.
The solved routes run from 79 to 200 cells, with an average of 125. A checker confirmed for every page that all cells connect and that only one route joins the entrance to the exit. Layouts come from the recursive backtracker, giving twisty routes with long dead-end tunnels.
The boat and the island are simple original vector drawings placed right at the openings. There are no distracting backgrounds, which saves ink and keeps the focus on the maze.
Solutions are in a separate PDF of 5 answer-key pages: 4 mazes per page with the route highlighted.
Use them for fine-motor practice, pencil control and planning ahead. Mazes build visual tracking, problem solving and persistence.
