Send the penguin on a journey! This pack has 16 printable mazes in which a little penguin must find the way to a fish, with one maze to a page (16 pages in all).
Solution paths are 44 to 107 cells long (about 71 on average). Each maze is perfect: every cell can be reached and there is exactly one path between START and FINISH, verified by program. The generator uses the hunt-and-kill style, which produces long snaking runs broken by sudden branches.
A colour accent keeps pages bright, yet everything still reads clearly in greyscale. The pages use a roomy margin so nothing is clipped when printed.
The answer key has 4 answer-key pages with 4 solved mazes on each page, the route drawn in colour.
Good for early-finisher bins, quiet-time folders, car rides and rainy days. Teachers can print a page as a warm-up or a sub-plan filler.
Everything arrives as one ZIP containing US Letter and A4 PDFs of the 16 pages plus matching answer-key PDFs.
