This Sports and Games word search pack gives you 12 ready-to-print puzzles for Grades 1-5. Every page pairs a letter grid with a checklist of words to find, so learners can work alone or with a partner.
Inside you will find 158 hidden words in total, all linked to Sports and Games: Stadium, Rugby, Referee, Tennis, Dominoes, Score and many more. The longest word is Gymnastics with 10 letters.
Grid sizes ramp up from 11 × 11 to 14 × 14 as you work through the pack, with 10 to 17 words per puzzle; hidden words go right, down or diagonally forward, a middle level between easy and tricky. Each puzzle page has a name and date line, a title that names the theme, and a boxed word list with a check-off marker for every entry. Page 1 explains how to play and lists all 12 puzzles with check circles; pages 2 to 13 each hold a single puzzle.
