Item details
A ready-to-send letter and invitation set for a school-friendly fall costume party. Page one is a one-page letter to families with clear, inclusive costume guidelines, ways to help and a tear-off return slip; page two is a sheet of four 4x5 invitation cards in four colorways for guests, buddies or families.
Ideas for using it: - Tell families about the class costume party, parade time and costume rules - Collect RSVPs, allergy notes and volunteer offers on a return slip - Send invitation cards to grandparents, reading buddies or another class
What's included: - 1 DOCX, 2 portrait US Letter pages: family letter with return slip, and four 4 x 5 in invitation cards with crop marks - 1 ODT copy of the same pages - Sample wording with no-mask, no-weapon and no-costume alternatives already written
Works with: - DOCX opens and edits in Microsoft Word (2016, 2019, 2021, Microsoft 365), Google Docs (upload to Drive and open with Docs), LibreOffice Writer and Apple Pages. - ODT opens and edits in LibreOffice Writer, Apache OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Apple Pages.
Fonts: designed with Outfit, Nunito (free from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License, including commercial use). Install them for the exact look; if they are missing, your app swaps in a similar system font (Georgia or Arial style) and the layout still works, though line breaks may shift slightly.
The guidelines are written to include families who do not celebrate Halloween; edit or remove any line to match your school policy.
