This Forces and Motion word search pack gives you 10 ready-to-print puzzles for Grades 3-6. Every page pairs a letter grid with a checklist of words to find, so learners can work alone or with a partner.
Look for words such as Unbalanced, Force, Motion, Acceleration, Thrust, Gravity, Velocity, Collision, Push. The longest entry is Acceleration (12 letters) and the shortest is Drag (4 letters).
Grid sizes ramp up from 13 × 13 to 17 × 17 as you work through the pack, with 11 to 19 words per puzzle; hidden words go right, down or diagonally forward, a middle level between easy and tricky. The word list sits under the grid with a tick box beside every word, and there is a name and date line at the top of each page. The PDF has 11 pages: a contents and how-to-play page with a puzzle checklist, then 10 puzzles with one on each page.
Solutions come in their own file, 3 pages long, with coloured highlights marking where each word hides (up to four puzzles per key page). You download a single ZIP containing the puzzles and the answer key as PDF files, in both US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4.
