A plaid Friendsgiving workbook that keeps the potluck balanced and the recipes the right size. The Potluck tab lists up to 30 dishes with category, servings, allergens and a vegetarian flag, checks each category against your target (Need more, Covered or Plenty) and shows servings per guest. The Recipe Scaler multiplies every ingredient by your guest count and shows metric amounts, and the Unit Converter turns teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, ounces, pounds, milliliters and grams into each other.

Fonts used: Playfair Display, Nunito. They are free from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License, including commercial use. Install them before opening for the intended look; without them, a close fallback font is substituted automatically and spacing may differ a little.
How to use: set guests on Potluck, fill in dishes, then scale your own recipe on Recipe Scaler. The CSV holds the sample sign-up list as values only.
How the numbers work: scale factor = servings needed / original servings; metric = scaled amount x milliliters or grams per unit from the Units tab (US customary measures). Volume units cannot be converted to weight without knowing the ingredient, so the converter flags those rows. Guest names, dishes and the sample sweet potato recipe are invented examples. Replace them with your own.
