Keep a school or club fall fundraiser organized from the first order form to the thank-you letter. Enter how many of each of up to six items every student sold and the workbook totals the dollars, places each student in a prize tier, shows how far they are from the next one, and ranks everyone. A Dashboard rolls it up into total raised, progress to your goal, the group's share, top five sellers, sales by item and by classroom, and how many students reached each prize.

Fonts used: Fraunces, Nunito. They are free from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License, including commercial use. Install them before opening for the intended look; without them, a close fallback font is substituted automatically and spacing may differ a little.
How to use: type only in the soft yellow cells. Rooms and tiers come from the Setup tab. No macros, add-ins or external links.
How the numbers work: sales dollars = sum of (quantity x price) across the six items. Prize tier is looked up from the tier minimums on the Setup tab. The group's share is total raised x the percentage you enter, so use the exact rate your sales company pays. A hidden helper column (P) breaks ties for the top five list. The student names, rooms, item names, prices and prizes in the sample are made up. Replace the yellow cells with your own.
