Here is a 10-page set for children in Grades 1-3 that keeps the focus on hands-on practice with a cut-and-assemble clock.
What is included: - Two pages of set-the-hands challenges, 12 each, using times at :00, :15, :30 and :45 - A page of cut-out hour and minute hands (with spare set) with fastener dots - A large printable clock face with a marked centre hole - Two pages where children turn the hands to 12 given times per sheet (half-past times), such as 7:30, 12:30, 10:30, 1:30 - Two pages of set-the-hands challenges, 9 each, using times counted by fives - Two pages of set-your-clock tasks (12 times per page, o'clock times; e.g. 6:00, 3:00, 10:00, 12:00)
Clear spacing leaves real room to write, and each clock is large enough for small hands to trace. The hour hand is always drawn at the true angle for the time, so a clock at 4:45 has its hour hand close to the 5, just like a real one.
The first two pages are a real model: a large clock face and two hands with fastener holes. The remaining pages tell children what to set on the model, then check with a small drawn clock.
Everything arrives in one ZIP file: US Letter and A4 PDF versions of the worksheets, each paired with an answer key PDF. Staple a few pages together as a take-home mini workbook. Print only the pages you need and keep the rest for later, since the PDFs are yours to reprint for your own students or children. Any home or school printer will do; no special paper is needed.
