Item details
Six chunky hand-knit textures drawn stitch by stitch: stockinette V stitches, twisted cable ropes, 1x1 rib, seed stitch and garter ridges, each with fuzzy yarn fibres and soft shadows between the loops. The patterns repeat exactly, so every sweater texture tiles seamlessly.
All six are seamless: opposite edges join with no visible seam (checked on every file). The stitches are drawn procedurally; these are not photographs of real knitwear.
What's included: 1. Pumpkin Stockinette - 4096 x 4096 px - smooth V stitches in heathered pumpkin 2. Cream Cable Knit - 4096 x 4096 px - twisted cable ropes between stockinette columns 3. Moss Rib Knit - 4096 x 4096 px - stretchy 1x1 rib in moss green 4. Charcoal Seed Stitch - 4096 x 4096 px - bumpy seed stitch in charcoal 5. Burgundy Garter Ridges - 4096 x 4096 px - chunky garter ridges in burgundy 6. Oatmeal Heather Knit - 4096 x 4096 px - two-tone heathered oatmeal stockinette
chunky-knit-sweater-textures-jpg.zip: 6 JPG files, quality 92 chunky-knit-sweater-textures-png.zip: 6 PNG files, lossless Each zip also contains a short README.txt.
Every texture is 4096 x 4096 px, 8-bit sRGB, tagged 300 DPI (13.7 x 13.7 in at 300 DPI). To keep the download a manageable size, the lossless set is supplied as PNG only (no TIFF files), because these textures are rich in fine detail and the files are large.
Ideas for using them: Backgrounds behind coffee, pumpkin and leaf illustrations. Seamless patterns for wallpaper, slide masters and blog headers. Cosy sweater-weather backgrounds for fall invitations, planners and social posts.
For larger areas, set the image as a pattern or tile fill, or simply place copies side by side: the edges meet without a visible join.
Works in Photoshop, Affinity, GIMP, Canva (upload as an image), Procreate (import as an image layer), Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides, and any print shop accepts the files as they are. Nothing needs to be installed.
This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped: the files are available to download as soon as your purchase completes.
