Item details
A tasting journal for people who take their coffee and tea seriously, or who simply want to remember which cup was the good one. Each coffee sheet records the roaster or shop, origin, roast level, brew method, grind, dose, water and time, then asks for six scores (aroma, acidity, body, sweetness, bitterness, aftertaste), twelve flavor ticks and free notes. The tea sheet swaps the brew details for tea type, leaf form, water temperature, steeping time and number of steeps, and scores color, astringency and aftertaste.
Four coffee sheets and four tea sheets are followed by two pages of fall drink recipe cards (four recipes), a cafe and shop visit log, four blank flavor wheels to color in, a top ten page for coffees and teas and a landscape comparison chart for tasting six cups side by side. A warm brown plaid header with acorn, apple and pumpkin art keeps the whole set cozy. The fillable version lets you type notes on a tablet or computer; the print version has the same layout for a binder. No brand names are printed, only blank lines for the ones you try.
Great for: - A fall coffee or tea tasting night with friends, each person with a sheet - Home baristas who want to keep brew settings next to tasting notes - Tea subscription and sampler boxes you want to rank - Gift for a coffee lover with a tasting flight kit
