A weekly meal planner for people who love a pot simmering on the stove: ten dated weeks from Monday, September 28 through Sunday, December 6, 2026, each with a meal-plan page and a matching grocery-list page. The plan page lays out all seven days (with the real dates, plus Halloween on Saturday Oct 31, daylight saving ending on Sunday Nov 1 and Thanksgiving on Thursday Nov 26 marked in place) across four columns: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack or sweet. A small menu spark at the foot of each plan page offers one fall cooking prompt (soup night, roasted roots, apple dessert and so on), and a prep and notes area keeps make-ahead reminders. The grocery page groups the list into produce, protein, dairy and eggs, pantry and grains, herbs and spices, and freezer and other, with a budget and spent line. The look is moss green, gold and plum with cauldron, mushroom and moon art.
