Each page is a jack-o-lantern, ghost, black cat, haunted house, bat, owl, witch hat, apple, candy corn or scarecrow cut into numbered shapes, and every shape holds an addition or subtraction problem instead of a number. Solve the problem, find the answer in the color key, and color the shape to reveal the secret picture.
