A friendly Halloween banner kit where every flag is the outline of a little ghost: letters spell Hello Boo, Sweet Treats and Happy Boo Day, and a bonus sheet uses cute icons instead of letters. Flags are laid out six to a sheet with string holes, ready for bunting on a birthday table, playroom wall or classroom door.
Each layer is its own named color group, built so every layer is a single connected cut with the pieces held together, and no hairline gaps. Any silhouettes inside the designs were created with AI image tools and traced to clean vectors.

Cut them from adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, cardstock, felt, faux leather, thin wood or craft foam. Opens in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (SVG needs Designer Edition or higher), Brother ScanNCut Canvas, Glowforge, Inkscape, Illustrator and most other vector or cutting software.
Each phrase is split into sheets of six flags in reading order from top left; leftover flags on a sheet carry a cute icon. Flag colors in the preview are suggestions: recolor freely.
