Print-free Halloween bunting you cut yourself: three ready-made banner phrases (Happy Haunting, Beware, Trick or Treat) lettered on pennant flags with an inner trim line, plus two sheets of icon flags with a bat, ghost, black cat, jack-o-lantern, raven, house, witch hat, skull, spider and more. Each sheet holds six flags with string holes and fits a 12 x 12 in mat.
Each layer is its own named color group, built so every layer is a single connected cut with the pieces held together, and no hairline gaps. Any silhouettes inside the designs were created with AI image tools and traced to clean vectors.

Cut them from adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, cardstock, felt, faux leather, thin wood or craft foam. Works with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher opens SVG; Basic Edition can use the PNG), Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge and other laser software, Inkscape and Adobe Illustrator.
Each banner phrase is split into sheets of six flags, in reading order from top left. Where a phrase does not fill the last sheet, the remaining flags carry a Halloween icon. String holes are about 0.18 in across. This is a digital download: nothing is shipped. After purchase you can download the ZIP right away. Resize freely; vector files stay sharp at any size. Please test-cut a small piece first.
