Nine fold-over treat bag toppers with cute ghosts, pumpkins, monsters and candy, each with a decorated back panel and a front panel lettered with an original Halloween treat phrase. Fold on the score line, tuck over a cellophane or paper bag, staple, and the party favor is done.
Each layer is its own named color group, built so every layer is a single connected cut with the pieces held together, and no hairline gaps. Any silhouettes inside the designs were created with AI image tools and traced to clean vectors.
