Ten kawaii Halloween characters built as two-layer cut files: a colored base sits under a deep purple, navy or black overlay, so cheeks, bellies, eyes and hats show up in pink, mint, lavender, green or gold. Stack the two layers cut from vinyl or cardstock and you get a bright, finished sticker look with no painting or hand-coloring.
Each layer is its own named color group, built so every layer is a single connected cut with the pieces held together, and no hairline gaps. Any silhouettes inside the designs were created with AI image tools and traced to clean vectors.
