The ZIP includes invoice-fillable-us-letter.pdf (63 form fields) and invoice-fillable-a4.pdf (71 fields). Fields cover your business details, invoice number, date, due date, client, amount due, line items with quantity, rate and amount (11 rows on Letter, 13 on A4), subtotal, tax rate, tax, discount, total, notes and a thank-you line. Totals are typed in: the form does not calculate. Also included: 2 editable SVGs (Letter and A4) with sample text for full design changes or adding a logo in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape or Figma, using the free Google Fonts Montserrat and Inter. Terracotta and charcoal design; the sample business names are fictional.
